Our Dried Diffusers are made to last between 3-6 Months, sometimes longer, depending on how often you rotate your Reeds.

T & C's:

You acknowledge that our products are sold to you strictly for personal use and must not be resold.  Contact us for any Wholesale enquiry.

Full Payment is required at the time of Purchase.

Your Order will generally be shipped within 2-7 Business Days.  Public Holidays & Peak Periods may extend this time.

Please Note: Floral Styles will slightly differ to photos due to each Dried Diffuser being individually handcrafted, our Protea variety come in all shapes and sizes.  Natural shedding of the flower may occur.  Dried Protea are real flowers that have been dried.  

Glass Wear may vary slightly in style, however all Glass Wear will be clear & of a similar size.

Delivery Locations:

In respect of Biosecurity laws, we currently do not delivery to addresses in WA, TAS or NT.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be happy with with the products you purchase from us and enjoy your shopping experience with us.

If you select the wrong product from us, we will gladly exchange/cancel the order, provided it has not yet been shipped. 

We gladly accept a return of your products provided:

  • You contact us within 30 days of dispatch of products; and
  • Products are in their original state (unopened/sealed) unless faulty

Please note, once the 30 days of dispatch has lapsed, we will not accept any returns of the product.

If you are returning products due to change of mind within the 30 days of dispatch, (Products are in their original state - unopened/sealed), we will gladly offer you an exchange of the value of your product/s.  However, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

If you receive incorrect or faulty products, please contact us so we can help you.

Dried Diffusers that have been opened and used are not eligible for a refund/return due to fragrance preference, strength, perceived quality, or not liking the type of Protea contained in your order.  We have a variety of Protea which flower at different times of the year, we cannot guarantee a certain type of Protea to be used in your Dried Diffuser. 

No Returns due to visible Glue - we need to Glue the Protea to the Glass.  Glue Visibility is minimal, however the Protea do need to be glued to the Glass Jar in order for the Product to work effectively. 

We take care in packaging our products.  Occasionally the box may be damaged in transit.  If this is the case, but the product is unaffected, we do not offer refund or replacement.

Warning Label:

WARNING: Do not swallow. Keep in a secure place out of sight and reach of Children and Pets. Avoid skin and eye contact. Do not allow oils/liquid to come into contact with textiles or surfaces. Wipe spills immediately with a damp cloth, as these may harm surfaces. Do not spill on painted or porous surfaces. Do not use for any other purpose than originally intended. Keep away from heat and flame. If ingested, seek medical attention. Product may discolour over time.
